Geoduck
Geoduck clam, or Mirugai in Japanese, is a giant clam found along the Western Pacific Coastline. Although Geoduck can be found from off the shores of Mexico all the way to the icy waters of Alaska, British Columbia is well known for providing the best in terms of quality. Our wild Geoduck is sustainably harvested off the coast of British Columbia by professional divers then shipped directly to us for distribution. Geoduck is crisp in texture with a sweet and umami flavour profile.

Sea Cucumber
Diver-harvested Sea Cucumber from British Columbia is neutral in flavour with a bouncy and gelatinous texture. It consists of an outer skin and inner muscle with five tendons, commonly known as “Sea Cucumber Meat.” Sea Cucumber Meat has a crisp texture with a sweet and umami taste profile; it is sometimes processed and sold separately from the skin.

Spot Prawn
Spot Prawns have a sweet flavour profile paired with a delicate texture. Trap-caught off the coast of BC, the Spot Prawn season runs for only a few months each year and is always a popular item amongst locals and chefs. Spot Prawns are sold either live or frozen; frozen prawns are processed and frozen on board immediately after harvest. Only top-quality prawns will be frozen.

King Crab
King Crab is ubiquitously known for its sweet and succulent meat. Our King Crab is sourced from Alaska, Norway, and Russia, depending on the time of year, and shipped to us directly, live and ready for distribution. Size and weight will vary depending on the species being harvested: blue, brown, or red. Red King Crab is the most desired species because of their large size and high meat yield.

Razor Clam
Caught off the coast of Ireland, our Razor Clams are flown in weekly. They are washed, graded, and packed by hand in order to ensure quality control. Irish Razor Clams taste very sweet and umami.

Abalone
Abalone, a gastropod mollusk, is considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. However, the most pristine Abalone is found off the coast of Australia, where the product is wild, diver-caught and graded by hand. We offer both black-lip and green-lip varieties in IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) form. Abalone is delicate in texture with a subtle buttery flavour profile.

Propellor Clams
Harvested deep off the east coast of Atlantic Canada, our wild-caught propellor clams are a true delicacy. With a striking reddish-orange hue, their flavour profile is sweet and umami. Texture is light and crisp. They are delicious both cooked and raw.
